definitely didn't know there was any chaffing going on until after i got done... maybe that's why some of the drivers-by were giving me funny looks...

My 3/23 marathon was same way.. I didn't feel much.. then afterwards on the plane I was dying.. shorts stuck to my skin. Stupid platelets and blood clot effect! How is life my friend? I was pleased to see on the Delano 12 Hour FB page that you made the top 3 all time mileage list. I want to run that race sometime here. Maybe that can be my reward if I ever break the Clydesdale Curse.

i'm doing alright; working a lot, running a little, too. just trying to build the mileage back up, one step at a time...
you should definitely come to delano; it's fun time... just don't beat me too badly...
