thanks. this year it was just a training run, or, more accurately, an event to put myself back out in the running scene. i've been flying under the radar for a few months since my somewhat long run, so i used mt. mist today as a way to begin to slowly step back out into the running world at large rather than just my few paltry solo miles a few days a week.

needless to say, today's iteration of the mist was a tad bit slow...
