(and a big congrats to Phil McCarthy for setting a new American Record for the 48-hour run this weekend in NJ, racking up 257.34 miles over the course of the two days... very impressive...)
i've had my own "two-mile rule" for several years, but every now and then it takes quenton cassidy to remind me that you really can't tell how good or bad a run is going to be until you're over two miles in...
