Good start to a week of 10 milers. Let's see how it goes...
OK, so it really wasn't 10 easy miles; it was a 10-mile run that felt good. The first five were at a nice relaxed pace, but on the way back I did kind of a baby fartlek to keep things interesting.
First five: 7:24 avg pace
Last five: 6:55 avg pace
Watermelon Classic 5k. Fun, hilly course.
Good day of running today. I got to run 4 miles with Lynn and then 6 with Peter. Any run during which I get to run with them is a good run.
